Forward Health, a portfolio company of Cimarron Healthcare Capital, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tidewater Neurologists, Inc. (“TNI”) in partnership with the practice’s founders, Dr. Eric Goldberg and Dr. Hemang H. Shah.
