Frontpoint Health acquires Texas-based Home Health and Hospice agency High Plains Senior Care

Frontpoint Health, a portfolio company of Cimarron Healthcare Capital, is pleased to announce the acquisition of High Plains Senior Care (“HPSC). HPSC is a Texas-based Home Health and Hospice agency platform that will expand Frontpoint’s geographic footprint throughout the state. The acquisition was funded privately through an expansion of the company’s credit facility with LBC.
